Besides traditional cisterns, we clean all types of water tanks: domestic, community, agricultural and industrial. A dirty tank encourages the growth of bacteria such as legionella and reduces the quality of stored water.
We carry out draining, mechanical cleaning of walls and floor, and disinfection, adapting the process to the type of tank (polyester, concrete, metal) and its use.
How often a tank needs cleaning depends on its type and use: as a general rule we recommend an annual check-up, with more frequent cleaning for community or agricultural tanks under heavier use. If you need it, we provide a service certificate once the job is done for your records.
How we work
Before starting we tell you how to prepare the tank — cutting off supply, access — to speed up the job. The process includes draining, mechanical cleaning of walls and floor, and final disinfection, adapting each step to the tank's material and size. Once finished, we leave the tank ready to refill and hand over the certificate if you need it.

What types of tank do you clean?
Polyester, concrete and metal tanks, in private homes as well as rural properties, communities and agricultural or industrial facilities.
Why is preventing legionella important?
Legionella grows in stagnant, warm water inside poorly maintained tanks. Regular cleaning and disinfection drastically reduces that risk.
Can I prepare the tank before you arrive?
Yes, it helps a lot — we can give you a checklist beforehand (access, cutting off supply, partial draining) depending on the type of tank.
How often should a water tank be cleaned?
As a general rule we recommend cleaning once a year, though community tanks or those under heavy use may need a check every six months.
Do you work on tanks in residential communities?
Yes, it's one of our most common jobs — we coordinate cutting off the supply and access with the property manager or the community itself.
What happens if the tank has leaks or cracks?
We flag it during cleaning and advise you on the repair needed, though repair isn't always part of the same service.
How long is the supply cut off during cleaning?
It depends on the size of the tank, but the cut-off is normally limited to the hours the job takes.
Do you test the water after cleaning?
We don't carry out potability testing ourselves, but we can point you to independent labs if you need one.
Do you clean swimming pool tanks or only drinking water tanks?
Our service focuses on drinking water, irrigation and general-use tanks, not swimming pool treatment.
Do I need a maintenance contract, or can I book a one-off service?
